25 Jun Summer Speed & Strength Groups Going Strong!
We’ve had a really strong turnout for the first 3 weeks of our Summer Session Speed & Strength Programs. This runs as young as our Youth Movement group (ages 8-5th grade) and runs up through the College level. We have 7 different groups and we’ve been extremely pleased with both the turnout and the effort in all of them. Looking forward to a great summer of continuing to develop physical traits in these athletes.
