Congratulations to Makenna Matthijs at UNCG for being named Preseason Player of the Year for the Southern Conference AND Emily Kirby at Liberty U for being named Preseason Pitcher of the Year for the Atlantic Sun Conference. Entering their senior seasons, and coming off huge junior years where they both earned tons of accolades, we can’t wait to watch what these ladies achieve this year in their final chapter.
