26 Oct Fall Physical Development Groups Continue!
All of our Physical Development Groups are having a Great Fall, as we are in the back half of our Fall Sessions. We’ll be progressing to our Winter Sessions soon, where the Focus and Intensity shifts to preparing the Athlete for Spring Practice. If you’re not currently preparing with us, contact us so we can discuss the right fit. As a reminder, our current schedule is:
YOUTH MOVEMENT (boys & girls ages 8-11) Mon & Thurs 5pm-6pm.
MIDDLE SCHOOL FEMALES Mon & Wed 4:15pm-5:15pm (will be adding Thursday 6:15AM soon).
HIGH SCHOOL FEMALES Mon & Wed 5:30-6:30pm (will be adding Thursday 6:15AM soon).
MIDDLE SCHOOL MALES Mon, Tues, Thurs 5:30-6:30pm.
HIGH SCHOOL MALES Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs 6:30pm-7:30pm.
PROFESSIONAL ATHLETES Daily by Appointment Only.
