Dixon Williams Puts Up Absolutely Dominant Summer In The NECBL; Named As League’s Top Professional Prospect!

ICYM…What a Summer DIXON WILLIAMS had! The ECU junior infielder & former DH Conley star, starred in the New England Collegiate Baseball League this summer for the Newport Gulls in Newport, Rhode Island. Following him nightly this summer was literally a NIGHTLY highlight. Among the most notable:

Dixon was named an All-Star at the midway point of the season….led the league in hitting with a .390 average for the summer…flashed highlight-reel leather at 3B all summer….helped lead his team to the NECBL title, including the walk-off single in the championship game…was named the League’s MVP and was named as the League’s top professional prospect (Stephen Strasburg Top Pro Prospect Award). A fruitful & productive summer on the diamond to say the least!
