Abbey Mohrmann Joins Next Level Staff As Group Fitness Trainer, Personal Trainer!

We are excited to announce ABBEY MOHRMANN as our newest staff addition! Abbey will be serving our Next Level membership in a newly created role as a Group Fitness Instructor, Personal Trainer & assisting with our athlete training groups as needed….CTD

Many of you have gotten to know Abbey throughout the Winter/Spring months as she interned here. To tell all of you a little more about her:

Abbey is graduating this weekend with a Health Fitness Specialist Degree from ECU. She is ACE certified as a Personal Trainer. For the past 4 years, she has run Group Classes & done Personal Training at the ECU Student Rec Center. Outside of work, she & her husband Justin are very involved with Ignite Church.

Abbey has done an outstanding job programming, running & growing our “Next Level Mom’s Group” (The Shield Maidens, who have a blast) over the last several months and we’re excited to now make her official.
