
25 Jun All Summer College, High School And Middle School Strength & Speed Groups Are Full!
We have had a positively overwhelming turnout so far for all of our Physical Development Groups this summer. At this point, we are no longer accepting any new participants, Male or Female, at the Middle School, High School or College athlete ages, UNLESS, you have trained with us previously. These are PROGRESSIVE PROGRAMS (meaning each week builds upon the previous) and we have now reached a point where we’re moving at a faster and more advanced rate for the remainder of the Summer weeks. We look forward to anyone who wanted to train, but is not yet started, joining us in the Fall.
