We are back at full speed with ALL age groups for our Physical Development Classes. Youth Movement (12 & under), Speed & Strength (males 13 thru college) and Female Xplosion groups have reformed and resumed for summer. We preach a Long Term Athletic Development (LTAD) mindset to ALL of our athletes in here and focus on education and buy in on the concept of physical development going hand-in-hand with skill development. One enhances the other and physical development & training is absolutely essential for optimizing future athletic opportunities. It is also something that coaches at the next level (college) DEPEND on us helping develop in athletes they recruit to their schools and programs.
